Los Lobos Bio:
This eclectic, versatile Latin Rock supergroup catapulted to fame covering Richie Valens' "La Bamba" in 1987. These roots rockers find inspiration from Tex Mex, country, folk, R&B, blues, and traditional Spanish and Mexican music. In the late ' 80s, the band toured extensively throughout the world, opening for Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead. In 1991, the band contributed a cover of "Bertha" to the Grateful Dead tribute rain forest benefit album "Deadicated." In 2004, Los Lobos celebrated 30 years in the music business and recorded a pair of sold out shows in San Francisco.
