Kaskade is none other than Ryan Raddon, the A&R director for Om Records. Schooled in Salt Lake City, Raddon DJ' d and owned a record shop before moving to San Francisco to work for OM Records. Raddon built his fan base by submitting his own compositions to several OM compilations. Along the way, he helped develop the careers of labelmates Ming & FS and Soulstice.
