L.A. band Jane's Addiction formed in 1984. By 1987, they released their eponymous debut on Triple X Records. Jane's Addiction were one of the most inlfluential bands of the early ' 90s, despite their constant in fighting. Jane's Addiction signed with Warner Bros. and released "Nothing's Shocking" in 1988. Perry Farrell started the Lollapalooza tour in 1991. It was originally designed to be Jane's Addiction's farewell tour. Farrell also formed Porno for Pyros in 1992 with drummer Stephen Perkins during one of Jane's Addictions many hiatuses.
