Israeli Goa trance experts Erez Aizen and Amit Duvdevani are one of the Middle East's most successful musical exports. Aizen and Duvdevani cite Shpongle's Simon Posford, Transwave and X Dream as influences. The two both have classical training Aizen on the organ since the age of 4 and Duvdevani on the piano. Infected Mushroom were originally Duvdevani's punk band until he heard trance prior to his national service in ' 91. Their earliest full length was 1999's "The Gathering," followed by "Classical Mushroom" in 2000.
